Flowers

My signature cake designs often include: edible flowers, sugar flowers, and buttercream flowers.
My floral creations are also available as bouquets or individually.

Real, edible, flowers

I grow edible flowers, hydroponically, year round and offer them for fresh and dried/pressed designs. I have been selling my edible flowers to other bakers but have been expanding what I grow and the amount of flowers I have on hand.

Here are a few of the edible flowers I've grown:

  • African daisies

  • dahlias

  • hyssop

  • love lies bleeding

I love being able to use flowers I grew or personally know the flower farmer. That way you are eating flowers that are edible with no pesticides or harmful chemicals used.

Sugar Flowers

I learned the art of sugar flower making through a workshop with world-renowned cake designer, sugar flower artist, author, and instructor Maggie Austin.

I absolutely love getting lost in the details of flowers. Finding the imperfections and highlighting them. Imperfections make the flowers beautiful and unique, if only we were that kind to ourselves.

Did you know that sugar flowers can be saved for years as a memento from a special occasion? I handmade every flower/leaf out of sugar and it could be eaten but really looks beautiful on display after your event!

Buttercream Flowers

Add a touch of elegance to any cake with my handmade buttercream flowers. Expertly crafted from silky-smooth, velvety buttercream, each flower is a work of art that brings a natural, timeless beauty to your desserts. From delicate roses to vibrant daisies, my buttercream flowers come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, designed to complement any occasion—from birthdays to weddings and everything in between.

Whether you’re looking for a soft, pastel palette or a bold burst of color, these exquisite florals are the perfect finishing touch, offering both stunning visual appeal and the rich, creamy flavor that only buttercream can provide. Custom designs are also available to match your unique theme and style, making your cake not just a dessert, but a masterpiece.
